Qualis Commercial would like to reassure the residents of Epping that it does not intend to develop any land outside of its ownership, including the 22 acre Swaines Green Conservation Area.
The draft Public Realm strategy, which formed part of the public exhibition last week, is not policy of Epping Forest District Council. This document is being updated to reflect comments received and will be available on the Commonplace website in the next few weeks.
